This work is part of a series where I explore the invisible line between soil and space. I often ask myself: Where am I in this fast, noisy, spinning world? The answer seems to shift, sometimes I feel rooted in the ground I walk, sometimes I feel like I’m floating.

Living in the city, I notice this duality even more. The pavements, the concrete, the rhythm of daily life keep me moving, yet there’s always this pull towards something greater, something vast and cosmic. Painting becomes a way to hold both at once: the grounding texture of earth and the infinite reach of space.

This piece is a reminder to myself that we exist between soil and stars. We belong to both.
